Job summary

Seafrigo México is seeking an AR/AP Specialist to own the receivables and payables cycles for our Mexican operation. You will report to the Head of Finance México and work on-site.

This is a hands-on role focused on aging, driving collections, and ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time. You will reconcile AR/AP sub-ledgers monthly and support month-end close.

English is highly desirable; CargoWise and Excel experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of AR/AP experience in logistics or services.
• English language skills are highly desirable.
• Experience with CargoWise is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• AR: issue statements, run collections, apply receipts, manage aging.
• AP: process vendor invoices, prepare payments, control aging.
• Reconcile AR/AP sub-ledgers monthly.
• Support month-end close for AR/AP accounts.
