Job summary

Allgood & Tehrani Licensed Behavior Analysts, PLLC seeks a Direct Service Provider to deliver ABA services to children and adolescents with ASD. The role includes direct therapy, data collection, and collaboration with a BCBA Supervisor.

You will maintain confidentiality, adhere to ethical guidelines, and participate in team meetings with families and ABA staff to support individualized behavior plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ABA with coursework completed.
• CBAA or LBA Limited Permit from NYSED Office of the Professions.
• Familiarity with DTT, PECS, PRT, NET and other ABA technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in individual and group settings.
• Full time provider: 20-25 hours of direct service, 10-15 hours indirect hours.
• Attend monthly team meetings with family, supervisor and ABA team.
• Attend supervision meetings as needed.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional standards.
