Johnson Controls is offering Diploma Engineer Training (DET) with a one-year program that includes detailed technical and functional orientation and on-the-job involvement. The DET cohort will gain exposure to service planning, project execution, site installations, and cross-functional coordination.

Participants will learn to implement customer-focused service plans, manage multiple projects, ensure safety on site, and improve customer satisfaction while preparing for future roles in service

Responsibilities

• Implement customer-focused service plans and pursue new clients.
• Plan and execute service projects and installations on site.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and deliveries to ensure on-time completion.
• Manage after-sales service and customer care operations to improve satisfaction.
• Maintain reports, RCA for repeated issues and update customers on new tech.

• Implementation of Customer focused Service plan; Acquire new clients and businesses;
• Project Execution / Installation at site; Manage multiple cross-functional projects & deliveries.
• Focus on achieving Customer Satisfaction.

DET will be actively involved in:

• Day to day Service operations planning as per PO/WO from Customers. Attend & Review the Preventive Maintenance jobs, Coordinate with Call Centre and close Service Calls. Generate LNM & Retrofit business in line with LNM plans, Ensure Safety norms at sites including Vendors, managing Vendors on site activities, prepare reports and diagnose the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for repeated complaints, update Customer on new technology and acquire new skills to execute Service jobs. Maintain database & understand the customer requirement, ensure collection of payment as per terms & conditions of the order, coordinate with Operations & Services Sales on enquires from Customers
• Order processing and delivery, safety and quality aspects of project planning and execution; offer viable solutions and alternatives
• Managing after sales service and customer care operations; increase the Customer Satisfaction Index

Candidates enrolled under the Diploma Engineer Training (DET) program will undergo a one year training which will include detailed technical and functional orientation and on-the-job involvement.
