Johnson Controls offers a Diploma Engineer Training (DET) program designed to expose trainees to day-to-day service operations, project execution at site, and customer-focused service planning. Successful candidates will undergo one year of training covering Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics disciplines and will be prepared to handle site work and customer

Responsibilities

• Plan day-to-day service operations per PO/WO from customers.
• Attend and review preventive maintenance jobs; coordinate with Call Centre and close service calls.
• Generate LNM and Retrofit business in line with LNM plans.
• Ensure safety norms at sites including vendors and manage on-site activities.
• Prepare reports and diagnose RCA for repeated complaints; update customers on new tech.
• Maintain database and understand customer requirements; ensure payment collection per order terms.
• Coordinate with Operations & Services Sales on customer inquiries.
• Order processing, delivery, safety and quality aspects of project planning and execution.
• Manage after-sales service and customer care to improve Customer Satisfaction Index.
• DET program involves one year of training with detailed technical and functional orientation.

DET will be actively involved in:

• Day to day Service operations planning as per PO/WO from Customers. Attend & Review the Preventive Maintenance jobs, Coordinate with Call Centre and close Service Calls. Generate LNM & Retrofit business in line with LNM plans, Ensure Safety norms at sites including Vendors, managing Vendors on site activities, prepare reports and diagnose the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for repeated complaints, update Customer on new technology and acquire new skills to execute Service jobs. Maintain database & understand the customer requirement, ensure collection of payment as per terms & conditions of the order, coordinate with Operations & Services Sales on enquires from Customers
• Order processing and delivery, safety and quality aspects of project planning and execution; offer viable solutions and alternatives
• Managing after sales service and customer care operations; increase the Customer Satisfaction Index
• Candidates enrolled under the Diploma Engineer Training (DET) program will undergo a one year training which will include detailed technical and functional orientation and on-the-job involvement.
