Job summary

Brightserve Solutions Inc. is opening a Pancake House at Terminal 1 Pasay City and seeks a motivated team member to join the kitchen crew.

You will assist in food preparation, stock replenishment, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure smooth daily operations in a new store environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists in preparation of products and ingredients.
• Monitors stock levels and assists with stock replenishment.
• Adheres to standards and procedures.
• Cleans and sanitizes kitchen utensils and stores properly.
• Cleans kitchen areas and equipment.
• Ensures health, safety, cleanliness and food hygiene; reports issues to Team Supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

NEW/SOON TO OPEN STORE: Pancake House Terminal 1 Pasay City

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assists in the preparation of products and ingredients and in dispatching of food items.

2. Assists in monitoring stock levels and is responsible for stock replenishment

3. Adheres consistently to standards and procedures.

4. Cleans and sanitizes kitchen utensils and stores them properly.

5. Cleans the kitchen areas and equipment.

6. Assists in ensuring a high level of health and safety, cleanliness and food hygiene and follows safe working practices. Reports any problems to the Team Supervisor.

7. Performs any other duties as assigned.
