Job summary

Japan Specialty Foods Inc. in Makati is hiring kitchen and dining staff for its Japanese concept stores.

You will be responsible for serving guests, greeting customers, setting up dining areas, and assisting with menu inquiries to ensure a smooth dining experience. Qualified candidates should have a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate or a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Related working experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Arrange tables, chairs, linens, tableware, and condiments before meal service begins
• Deliver meals and drinks from the kitchen to tables, buffets, or resident rooms, and take guest orders
• Greet guests/customers, answer menu inquiries, and support diners who may need help with meals or special dietary modifications
• Clean and sanitize dining areas, service stations, and equipment, manage waste disposal, and follow food safety
• Communicate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth meal pacing and stock replenishment

Education

Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent
