Job summary

All Done 88 Construction Orporation is seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Director to lead the strategy and execution of the company’s digital roadmap across branches and functions in the Philippines.

You will identify automation opportunities, implement digital platforms, collaborate with IT, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Branch teams, and drive changes in customer transactions, payments, and reporting while ensuring data privacy and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s digital transformation roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve branch, lending, appraisal, inventory, and customer service processes.
• Lead the implementation and enhancement of digital platforms, systems, and business applications.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Branch teams to integrate technology into daily operations.
• Drive digitalization of customer transactions, payments, pawn ticketing, reporting, and other services.
• Monitor system performance, data accuracy, security, and user adoption.
• Analyze operational data and digital KPIs to identify improvements and business opportunities.
• Manage technology vendors, software providers, and external digital partners.
• Lead change management, user training, and adoption of new systems and processes.
• Ensure digital initiatives comply with company policies, data privacy, security, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare management reports on digital projects, improvements, costs, and business impact.
