The role focuses on building backend digital infrastructure to support customer acquisition campaigns and optimizing credit availments through automated digital workflows, with hybrid work arrangements in BGC, Taguig.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and optimize credit availments via digital campaigns.
• Define campaign objectives with stakeholders and translate to metrics.
• Analyze past results and industry trends to generate actionable insights.
• Design and develop backend infrastructure to support campaigns from requirements to deployment.
• Write, test, and refine code; conduct internal simulations and UAT testing.
• Monitor system performance post-deployment and resolve issues from UAT.
• Maintain up-to-date expertise in digital platforms and ensure governance and training alignment.

Our Strategy and Transformation team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig for the role of Digital Systems Development Officer.

In this role, you will create communication platforms to acquire new clients and maximize value from existing ones, while developing backend digital infrastructure that converts customer interest into applications and availments. You will also design automated digital workflows to accurately model customer interactions, such as collections call-outs and promise-to-pay capture.

What the role will entail

• Acquire new customers and optimize credit availments from existing clients through effective digital campaigns

• Collaborate with supervisors and stakeholders to define campaign objectives and translate them into measurable metrics

• Analyze past campaign results and industry trends to generate actionable insights for sales, marketing, and operations

• Design and develop backend digital infrastructure to support business campaigns, from requirements gathering to system deployment

• Write, test, and refine code; conduct internal simulations and direct user acceptance testing to ensure system integrity

• Monitor system performance post-deployment and resolve issues raised during UAT to ensure continuous improvement

• Maintain up-to-date expertise in digital platforms and tools, while aligning with governance, quality standards, and training requirements

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any related course

• Strong object-oriented programming skills with expert-level knowledge in JavaScript

• Experience in Conversational AI is highly preferred

• Proficient in working with various APIs and handling HTTP requests
