Job summary

Omnicom Media Group is seeking a Digital Manager to oversee the unit's digital requirements and drive client success in Manila. You will lead a team of digital planners and buyers, set strategies, and ensure ROI-aligned delivery for multiple campaigns.

You will build strong client relationships, guide digital media initiatives, and coordinate with creative and brand teams to optimize performance across platforms. A minimum of three years in digital media planning and buying is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, AB Communication, or its equivalent. Communication Research mentioned.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in digital media planning and buying.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and ability to craft effective media recommendations.
• Proven ability to guide clients and colleagues in technical aspects of performance planning and buying.
• Experience in analyzing and presenting digital campaign performance and setting benchmarks for success.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships as trusted advisor for digital media.
• Develop and lead digital strategy aligned with client goals and ROI expectations.
• Present digital media reviews and position papers with insights on trends and consumer behavior.
• Oversee all aspects of digital media planning and buying including cost estimates and optimization.
• Manage CE processes and coordination of campaign materials with creative and brand teams.
