Qualifications

Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Solutions Engineer to take ownership of production modules and their end-to-end release lifecycle. This role is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, monitoring, and continuously improving applications and infrastructure while ensuring reliability, performance, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has solid experience in application development or IT support, demonstrates strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities, and is comfortable managing CI/CD pipelines, cloud services, monitoring tools, and production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Change Management:

• Own and manage assigned production modules, ensuring availability, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Perform full-scope development activities independently, including module-level design and implementation.
• Design, build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Establish, document, and maintain repeatable release, rollback, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Monitor system health, performance, and infrastructure metrics through dashboards and observability tools.
• Analyze monitoring data and proactively initiate corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform backup validation and restore testing to ensure business continuity.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and conduct root cause analysis to implement permanent fixes.
• Implement and maintain caching mechanisms, message queues, image registries, and related DevOps technologies.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business teams to deliver reliable solutions.
• Optimize database performance through query analysis, query plan reviews, and index planning.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization solutions using OAuth2, JWT, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Support cloud-native development and deployment practices across Azure and AWS environments.
• Contribute to project workstreams and operational initiatives while mentoring junior team members when needed.
• Leverage approved AI tools responsibly to improve productivity, quality, and delivery outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Application Development, DevOps, Software Engineering, or IT Support.
• Proven experience owning production applications or modules throughout their lifecycle.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline design, automation, and deployment management.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience with monitoring, logging, observability, and incident management tools.
• Familiarity with caching technologies, message queues, container registries, and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
• Experience in database performance tuning, query optimization, execution plans, and index management.
• Working knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, and SSO authentication frameworks.
• Exposure to Flutter/Dart development is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
