Job summary

Grundfos is seeking an Application Engineer – Digital Solutions to serve as the technical expert for our digital solutions portfolio, combining software, hardware, and IoT expertise to onboard, adopt, and expand customer use of Grundfos digital offerings globally. The role reports to the Digital Customer Success Regional Manager and operates on a hybrid schedule from our Monterrey facility in Mexico.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Knowledge of or experience with electronic monitoring systems, SCADA, telemetry, IoT devices, or software-based data management and analytics platforms.
Experience implementing customer support processes including onboarding, training, and hypercare.
Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

Build and maintain deep technical expertise across our digital solutions, the applications they serve, and the Grundfos components they integrate with.
Provide proactive technical support for active subscriptions – configuring solution apps, delivering customer outcome reports, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Resolve incidents escalated by local sales, service teams, or customers directly, collaborating with 2nd-level support to ensure timely case closure and customer satisfaction.
Contribute to continuous improvement by creating documentation, tools, and scripts that enhance support processes and team efficiency.
Build trusted partnerships with customers using our digital solutions – identifying champions, generating success stories, and fostering a community of engaged digital users.
