Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Manager for Digital & Social Commerce to design and implement content activation and platform strategies for key brands. You will drive global/APAC content deployment with local relevance, building strong social engagement to achieve sales and profit goals.

You will lead a cross-functional team, manage affiliates and influencers, and optimize campaigns across platforms to deliver measurable ROI and brand growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of brand marketing or commercial management experience with a focus on digital marketing activities
• Experience delivering insights-based consumer communications leveraging social listening and other digital tools
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of digital commerce dynamics
• Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of annual Digital and Social Commerce content and activation strategies with monthly plans across platforms
• Oversee deployment of global and APAC content strategies with local relevance
• Manage affiliates and influencers and collaborate with agencies for platform performance
• Deliver digital and social commerce targets and optimize ROI
• Localization of global/APAC content toolkits and cross-functional collaboration
