• Reliable, responsive, and able to follow instructions closely.
• Interested in how digital marketing works behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

• Campaign & Content Tracking: Maintain simple trackers for digital campaigns and social media content (status, deadlines, approvals).
• Approvals & Admin Support: Route materials for internal review and track approvals and revisions.
• Agency & Team Coordination: Coordinate between internal marketing teams and external partners; schedule meetings and share reminders.
• Reporting & Documentation: Compile weekly/monthly status updates and organize shared folders and documents.
• General Digital Marketing Support: Assist with social media content, influencer coordination, and online campaign execution.
