Job summary

Tri-Unity Talent Sourcing & HR Management Services is seeking an Image & Content Management professional in Makati. The role collaborates with editorial teams to integrate images in monographs and publications, ensuring compliance with TGA/product updates and regulatory requirements.

The candidate will manage a structured digital asset system, convert images between EPS/InDesign/HTML, and work with CMS tools to keep assets current and properly linked to content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design or Digital Media.
• Minimum of 2 years in desktop publishing or digital content roles.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Basic to intermediate HTML coding skills for image-to-web formatting.
• Experience with CMS and editorial tracking tools.
• Systematic, organized and capable of handling large digital assets.
• Collaborative across cross-functional teams and departments.
• Emotionally resilient and able to handle pressure and shifting priorities.
• Willing and able to work onsite long hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with editorial team to lay out and integrate images in publications.
• Ensures images comply with latest product information and regulatory updates.
• Maintains organized digital filing system for images and approvals.
• Prepares and updates image files for CMS upload with version control.
• Converts EPS to InDesign format for HTML table conversions.
• Converts InDesign images to HTML for online content support.
• Maintains filing system for HTML image assets for efficient access.
• Coordinates with internal teams to meet quality, regulatory, and publishing standards.
• Supports workflow improvements for image handling, version tracking, and digital publishing.
• Participates in internal meetings, discussions, and reporting activities.
• Monitors KPI-aligned output and tracks image production metrics and timelines.
• Maintains open communication with regulatory, editorial, and design teams for timely approvals.
• Coordinates with CMS and digital publishing teams to ensure current, tagged images linked to content.
