We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team and manage image creation, conversion, and publishing for various publications and web content in compliance with TGA regulatory updates.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with editorial team to layout and integrate images within monographs and other publications.
  • Ensure all images align with latest product information and regulatory updates from the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) or drug companies.
  • Maintain a well‑organized digital filing system for image assets, using only current and approved versions.
  • Prepare and update image files for upload to the CMS, ensuring consistency and version control.
  • Convert EPS image files to InDesign (INDD) format for HTML table conversion.
  • Convert InDesign (INDD) files to HTML format as part of management-approved projects to enhance online visual content.
  • Establish and maintain a structured, up‑to‑date filing system for HTML image assets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet visual content quality, regulatory, and publishing standards.
  • Support workflow improvements related to image handling, version tracking, and digital publishing.
  • Participate in internal meetings, discussions, and reporting activities.
  • Monitor team output against defined KPIs and report on image production metrics and timelines.
  • Maintain open communication with regulatory, editorial, and design teams to ensure timely updates and approvals of image content.
  • Coordinate with CMS and digital publishing teams to keep uploaded images current, properly tagged, and accurately linked.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in desktop publishing, digital content production, or a similar visual/media role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Basic to intermediate HTML coding skills for image‑to‑web conversion and formatting.
  • Experience working with CMS and editorial tracking tools.
  • Systematic and well‑organized, with ability to manage large volumes of digital assets efficiently.
  • Proven ability to collaborate within cross‑functional teams and across departments.
  • Emotionally resilient and capable of handling pressure and shifting priorities.
  • Willing and physically able to work long hours or report onsite as required.
  • Good visual acuity to ensure precision in image quality and alignment.
