Job summary

Kapwa Ko Mahal Ko Foundation seeks a creative Online Presence Specialist to strengthen the Foundation’s digital footprint across Website, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. You will conceptualize campaigns, publish content, and engage audiences while ensuring messaging consistency and compliance.

The role is hybrid and output-based, focusing on planning, creation, publishing, and analytics. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in digital platforms and strong writing with a strategic mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience managing digital platforms, social media, or online presence.
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, plan, create, and execute digital content.
• Understanding of audience engagement, platform behavior, and content performance.
• Strong writing skills and solid visual/content judgment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup.
• Organized, proactive, and output-driven.
• Alignment with the mission and values of Kapwa Ko Mahal Ko Foundation.
• Familiarity with professional, compliance-aware, or internationally benchmarked digital practices is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and propose digital content ideas, campaigns, and engagement approaches.
• Develop and execute approved content plans and digital strategies.
• Create and publish content across multiple platforms, including Website, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube (as applicable).
• Manage posting schedules, captions, and community engagement.
• Monitor content and platform performance and prepare analytics and insights.
• Adjust content strategies based on engagement data and audience response.
• Support new or evolving digital initiatives and formats as approved by management (e.g., live segments, vlogs, special series).
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely releases.
• Use Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Drive) for planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Stay updated on platform trends and recommend improvements for reach and engagement.
