Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking an ND Platform and Infrastructure Manager to oversee the lifecycle of our platform and infrastructure, ensuring it functions smoothly to support business goals and deliver a positive user experience.

The role requires strategic planning, collaboration across teams, and strong focus on documentation, security, and compliance to meet evolving needs. IT leadership and vendor coordination are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic platform and infrastructure planning.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specs.
• Strong documentation and adherence to best practices.
• Risk management and security/compliance awareness.
• Ability to define KPIs and monitor platform performance.
• Experience with change and release management processes.
• Vendor and contract management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle of platform and infrastructure to meet business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan capacity and performance.
• Lead or support POC efforts, RFPs and vendor relations.
• Establish processes for documentation, security, and compliance.
• Define KPIs and monitor platform health and risk.
