Job summary

MicroSourcing in Pasay City is seeking a Digital Media Specialist to collaborate with account management and media buying teams on clients' media strategy and reporting.

You will create and execute digital media campaigns, set up UTM tracking, review analytics, allocate budgets, and optimize campaigns to achieve client goals. The role offers a hybrid work setup and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in traditional and/or digital marketing required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience at an advertising agency managing retail clients and working with DSPs is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account management and media buying team on clients' media strategy.
• Create, present, and execute digital media marketing strategies, including setting up UTM tracking.
• Review analytic data to identify opportunities and tactics.
• Define proper targeting segmentation and strategy for campaigns.
• Provide recommendations on budget allocation.
• Assess potential traffic sources and new media opportunities.
• Oversee and optimize campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments.
• Analyze results data to ensure campaigns meet client/agency goals.
• Develop and maintain customized reporting based on each client's goals and KPIs.

Your Role

As a Digital Media Specialist, you will:

• Collaborate with account management and media buying team on clients' media strategy
• Create, present, and execute digital media marketing strategies, including setting up UTM tracking
• Review analytic data to identify opportunities and tactics
• Define proper targeting segmentation and strategy for campaigns
• Provide recommendations on budget allocation
• Assess potential traffic sources and new media opportunities
• Oversee and optimizing campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and making appropriate adjustments
• Analyze results data to ensure all campaigns are achieving or surpassing client/agency performance goals
• Develop and maintain customized reporting based on each client's marketing goals and KPIs, including any data/creative needed for co-op submission
• Stay up to date on advertising trends in display and video
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with external partners and agency colleagues

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is required
• 1–2 years of experience in traditional and/or digital marketing required

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience working at an advertising agency, managing retail clients, and working in or with DSPs is a strong plus
