Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as Marketing Manager.
• Experience in a distributor company is an advantage.
• Experience in Google Analytics, Salesforce CRM, digital advertising, leadership and project management is an advantage.
• Amenable to work as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-channel marketing plans (digital, print, events) that align with overall business objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end creation, deployment, and optimization of marketing campaigns.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze ROI, and employ analytics tools to refine targeting and customer journeys.
• Allocate and negotiate marketing budgets across various channels, tools, and platforms.
• Analyze consumer behavior and competitor trends to identify new markets and improve product positioning
