Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–4 years of proven digital marketing experience.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager.
• Strong SEO, SEM and content marketing knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
• Experience with CMS and basic HTML is advantageous.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative and detail-oriented with e-commerce exposure.
• Knowledge of merchandise retail a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Create and optimise engaging content for various digital platforms to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Manage social media accounts, including content creation, community engagement and audience growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product and creative departments to ensure cohesive marketing messaging.
• Optimise website content and user experience to improve conversion rates and search engine rankings.
• Manage digital advertising budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximise ROI.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in digital marketing.
