Job summary

The Peninsula Manila is seeking a passionate Marketing professional to support the Digital Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across channels.

You will help enhance the brand’s e-commerce presence, drive room bookings, and analyze performance against KPIs, while staying ahead of digital trends and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve the end-user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Knowledge of digital content creation, website optimization, and e-commerce.
• Experience with Google, Facebook, Instagram, Search and Display campaigns.
• Up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, hospitality, or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize brand websites to enhance e-commerce, drive room bookings, and reinforce the brand.
• Develop compelling digital creatives and campaigns with the Digital Marketing Manager.
• Utilize brand marketing tools to execute digital initiatives across channels.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance against KPIs, ROI, and KRAs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize The Peninsula Manila's digital touchpoints.
