Job summary

SM Prime Holdings, Inc. seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute online campaigns and optimize lead generation. You will manage websites (WordPress) and coordinate with Sales to support monthly targets, while aligning content with brand guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in digital marketing, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, and is willing to work on-site at MOA Complex, Pasay City. Knowledge of UI/UX basics and analytics is a plus.

Job description

• Reports to the Marketing Head on digital strategies and plans on an ongoing basis.


• Manages websites and is familiar with CMS platforms such as WordPress.


• Knowledgeable in website user interface (UI) / user experience (UX) functionality, and chatbot management.


• Familiar with Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Google Ads.


• Knowledgeable in Google Analytics and its functionalities for report creation, data analysis, and performance optimization across various digital platforms.


• Basic experience in SEO and SEM management.


• Manages digital platforms to increase lead generation and customer acquisition through websites, social media channels, and Google search campaigns.


• Assists in developing digital marketing materials and campaigns to strengthen online presence and drive new business opportunities.


• Knowledgeable in basic design tools such as Canva and CapCut.


• Communicates and coordinates with third-party suppliers.


• Develops and maintains effective working relationships with other departments.


• Closely coordinates with the Sales Department on activities and material requirements to support the achievement of monthly targets.


• Ensures digital content aligns with brand guidelines and is optimized for search engines.


• Stays updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.


• Implements strategies to improve conversion rates across digital channels.


• Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications:

• Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree (IT, Business, Marketing and other related fields).
