Job summary

Staff X is seeking a Real Estate Marketing Specialist to own the full execution stack from Zoho email campaigns to paid digital and listings management, working remotely from the Philippines. You will implement campaigns, manage email lifecycles, run ads, and produce collateral, reporting to the Marketing Manager.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, independent work, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure flawless execution across campaigns and listings with global client exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Marketing Automation and Zoho CRM.
• Proven social media management including content calendar, scheduling, and engagement.
• Strong copywriting, attention to detail, and GA4 reporting skills.
• Knowledge of SEO and implementing recommendations to improve visibility.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with stakeholders to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build, schedule, test, and send email campaigns via Zoho CRM/Zoho Campaigns with 100% pre-send checks.
• Execute Meta and Google Ads campaigns from setup to budget monitoring.
• Create and schedule social media content with consistent brand cadence.
• Manage property listings across portals, with Australia portal experience as a plus.
• Produce marketing collateral using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Generate regular campaign performance reports covering email, paid media, and listings.
