You will optimize ads, enhance listings, analyze data, and drive campaign outcomes to grow visibility and revenue. The role requires a marketing-focused degree and at least 6 months in social media or digital marketing, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Knowledgeable in marketplace platforms and digital ads.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize ads across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Plan and execute online promotions aligned with marketing campaigns.
• Monitor ad performance and adjust targeting, creatives, and budget.
• Create weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Review and update product listings, creatives, and content across e-commerce platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize ads across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, and Instagram
• Plan and execute online promotions aligned with marketing campaigns
• Monitor ad performance and adjust targeting, creatives, and budget
• Create weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Review and update product listings, creatives, and content across e-commerce platforms
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Design, Production, Warehouse) for campaign execution
• Ensure compliance with marketplace standards (Shopee Mall, LazMall, TikTok Shop)
