Job summary

MicroSourcing, a leading offshore provider in the Philippines, seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist for a WFH night shift. You will own growth marketing initiatives to acquire and retain users for Mosaic Desktop and manage campaigns across social, email, paid ads, influencer programs, and partnerships.

You will develop audience targeting strategies, guide creative messaging, plan content, and analyze performance to drive actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing for software products.
• Proven success in driving user acquisition and retention through testing, segmentation, and optimization.
• Experience with audience targeting, funnel analysis, surveys, and A/B testing.
• Strong execution across paid social, search, email, organic social, influencer/affiliate, and partnership marketing.
• Ability to oversee creative direction, including messaging, hooks, offers, and content strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools, CRM/email platforms, attribution tools, and ad platform reporting.
• Excellent written communication and project management skills.

Your Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:

• Proven success in driving user acquisition and retention through testing, segmentation, and optimization.
• Experience with audience targeting, funnel analysis, surveys, and A/B testing.
• Strong execution experience across paid social, search, email, organic social, influencer/affiliate, and partnership marketing.
• Ability to oversee creative direction, including messaging, hooks, offers, and content strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools, CRM/email platforms, attribution tools, and ad platform reporting.
• Excellent written communication and project management skills.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience marketing AI, SaaS, productivity, or creator-focused products.
• Background in lifecycle marketing, onboarding optimization, and retention strategies.
• Experience collaborating with designers or creators and optimizing ad creatives based on performance data.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
