Globaltize is seeking a Marketing Specialist to manage back-end digital marketing initiatives for a medical aesthetics client. This remote, part-time role focuses on content creation, campaign management, and lead nurturing, with potential to move to full-time.

You will drive social media campaigns, landing page design, and email marketing while collaborating with leadership across campaign management and content creation.

Are you a versatile marketing specialist looking to drive digital campaign strategy and lead nurturing for a growing client base?

We are partnering with a medical aesthetics company seeking a Marketing Specialist to manage and execute back-end digital marketing initiatives. This remote role focuses on content creation, campaign management, and lead nurturing. In this position, you will report directly to leadership to help expand the employer's client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media channels and execute promotional marketing campaigns.
• Design and build landing pages to support marketing initiatives.
• Execute email marketing campaigns and manage lead follow-up processes.
• Edit and repurpose provided video content and written materials.
• Create visual assets using design tools such as Canva.
• Apply search engine optimization strategies to elevate online visibility.
• Contact potential leads via calls and texts and provide overall lead nurturing.

Must-Have Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in social media management and email campaign execution.
• Proficiency with video editing software and written content editing.
• Hands-on experience creating graphic assets using Canva.
• Background in lead nurturing and following up with warm leads.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple marketing channels independently.
• Ability to work part-time hours, 20 hours per week, between Monday and Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
