• Build and manage back-end services, APIs, and databases.
• Ensure end-to-end system integration across platforms where applicable.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver features.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Implement security and data protection best practices.
• Manage operationalization such as user accounts and post-deployment enhancements.
• Analyze results and provide insights to improve performance.
• Monitor reports and analytics dashboards and other online channel metrics.

Job Description Analyze, design, execute via system development, measure & improve digital/online programs leading to achievement of the business target

Job Responsibilities

• Co-design digital strategies or campaigns with the other stakeholders from Brand Management & Marketing teams leveraging digital marketing platforms
• Develop and maintain front-end interfaces (web/mobile) with strong focus on usability and performance
• Build and manage back-end services, APIs, and databases
• Ensure end-to-end system integration across platforms, when applicable
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver features
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• Implement security and data protection best practices
• Manage operationalization i.e. user account management, enhancements, fulfillment post-deployment
• Analyzes results & effectiveness of campaigns in collaboration with analytics team to deliver actionable insights & recommendations to deliver performance
• Monitor reports, analytics dashboards & other online channel metrics
• Works across functional teams to ensure channel efficiencies & maximization including migration to end-state when appropriate
