Job summary

Globe Telecom in Manila invites a skilled technologist to analyze, design, and execute digital and online programs that drive business targets. You will work through system development, measurement, and continuous improvement to maximize impact.

Collaborate with Brand Management, Marketing, Product, design, and QA to develop usable web and mobile interfaces, robust APIs, and scalable back-end services, while monitoring analytics dashboards for actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Co-design digital strategies or campaigns with the other stakeholders from Brand Management & Marketing teams leveraging digital marketing platforms.
• Develop and maintain front-end interfaces (web/mobile) with strong focus on usability and performance
• Build and manage back-end services, APIs, and databases
• Ensure end-to-end system integration across platforms, when applicable
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver features
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• Implement security and data protection best practices
• Manage operationalization i.e. user account management, enhancements, fulfillment post-deployment
• Analyzes results & effectiveness of campaigns in collaboration with analytics team to deliver actionable insights & recommendations to deliver performance
• Monitor reports, analytics dashboards & other online channel metrics
• Works across functional teams to ensure channel efficiencies & maximization including migration to end-state when appropriate
