Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of digital marketing or social media management experience.
• Proven experience managing Facebook pages and other platforms.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads is a plus.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
• Basic design tools knowledge (Canva, Adobe).
• Analytical mindset with experience using insights tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Build and manage the company’s social media platforms, especially Facebook
• Plan, create, and schedule content including posts, captions, images, and videos
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital channels
• Plan and execute digital campaigns, promotions, and boosted posts
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads)
• Track key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions
• Prepare regular reports on social media and campaign performance
• Collaborate with internal teams for marketing initiatives and promotions
• Coordinate with external partners (designers, agencies, suppliers) if needed.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
