Job summary

Getwingapp is seeking a Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our fully remote team. You will manage client relationships across multiple accounts, optimize campaigns across SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads, and report performance to clients.

You will leverage GA4 and Shopify for ecommerce marketing, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate with internal specialists to ensure timely deliverables in a fast-paced agency environment. Excellent English required.

Digital Marketing Account Manager

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Acting as the primary client-facing point of contact to manage and build relationships across multiple accounts.
• Analyzing campaign performance and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
• Managing and coordinating campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Interpreting data using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and working with Shopify for eCommerce-related marketing.
• Preparing and presenting campaign performance updates and reports to clients.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or expand services within existing accounts.
• Ensuring client deliverables and follow-ups are completed on time.
• Coordinating with internal specialists or teams when additional support is needed.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in Digital Marketing Account Management, specifically within an agency setting managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-management skills.
• Proven experience analyzing campaigns, KPIs, and digital marketing strategy.
• Hands-on knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and Shopify.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and identify account growth opportunities.
• Expert-level English communication (reading, writing, and speaking/near-native).

Technical Requirements:

Schedule: TBC - PST Hours | 40 hours per week | Full-time

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Package: Up to ₱90K/month
