Job summary

Getwingapp is seeking a Growth & Social Media Specialist to join our 100% remote team and accelerate Plyt’s user growth through targeted campaigns and engaging content strategies.

You will own the content calendar, develop audience-specific strategies for job seekers and recruiters, and optimize the signup funnel while monitoring performance across channels. Schedule: 8 AM–5 PM EST, full-time, remote.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven experience in digital marketing, user acquisition, or social media growth.
• Ability to craft strategy and manage funnels end-to-end.
• Proven track record of driving signups/traffic through campaigns.
• Experience creating engaging, audience-specific content and scheduling posts.
• Familiarity with AI tools for creative content generation.

And we’re looking for a Growth & Social Media Specialist to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Digital Marketing & User Acquisition: Develop and run campaigns to drive qualified traffic to Plyt and encourage signups. Test, analyze, and optimize these campaigns for the best acquisition results.
• Social Media Strategy: Build audience-specific content strategies targeting both job seekers (candidates) and recruiters.
• Content Creation & Publishing: Create, schedule, and publish engaging, promotional, and educational posts across relevant social platforms.
• Funnel Optimization: Develop strong calls-to-action (CTAs) to push visitors to actually complete the signup process.
• Performance Monitoring: Track engagement, clicks, traffic, and signup performance to identify which content formats and channels work best, then allocate resources accordingly.

Qualifications

• Mid-Tier (typically 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, user acquisition, or social media growth).
• Has the ability to come up with their own strategy and funnel. Able to own the process end-to-end.
• Proven track record of driving mass user signups/traffic through digital campaigns.
• Experience creating engaging, audience-specific content and managing publishing schedules.
• Familiarity with using AI tools for creative content generation.

Salary Package: Up to ₱65K/month
