Responsibilities

• Maintain simple trackers for digital campaigns and social media content (status, deadlines, approvals).
• Update trackers regularly to reflect where each item is in the process.
• Flag missing inputs, delays, or pending actions to the manager.
• Help ensure nothing “falls through the cracks.”
• Assist with routing materials for internal review and approval.
• Track who has approved, who is pending, and what revisions are required.
• Keep approval records organized and up to date.
• Support basic documentation needed before content goes live.
• Support coordination between internal marketing team members and external partners.
• Help schedule meetings, follow up on action items, and share reminders.
• Assist with organizing feedback and updated versions of materials.
• Help consolidate inputs into simple weekly or monthly summaries.
• Assist in organizing shared folders, links, and documents.
• Support slide decks or spreadsheets used for internal updates.
• Provide admin support across various digital activities such as: Social media content, influencer marketing coordination, and online campaign executions.
