The Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's digital presence across websites, social media platforms, email marketing, search channels, and property portals. Working closely with the Group Marketing Head - Real Estate, the role supports lead generation, brand visibility, and customer engagement by ensuring digital platforms are current, responsive, searchable, and aligned with go-to-market strategy and overall business objectives.
Job Description
1. Social Media Content, Administration & Community Management (25%)
- Develop, schedule, and publish approved social media content in accordance with the content calendar and brand guidelines
- Administer official social media accounts to maintain a consistent and professional online presence
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions and respond in a timely and appropriate manner to manage online community engagement
- Work closely with the Sales Team in monitoring and responding to online inquiries from the website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and property portals in a timely and professional manner as well as qualify, endorse, and hand over online-generated leads to enable smooth conversion
- Maintain basic records of inquiries, response timelines, and outcomes in coordination with the Sales Team
- Coordinate lodged concerns with internal stakeholders to ensure proper handling, tracking, and feedback
3. Website & Content Updating (15%)
- Update and maintain website content using WordPress in order to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and brand consistency
- Upload and manage project pages, property listings, announcements, and digital assets to support marketing and sales initiatives
- Coordinate minor website enhancements and basic troubleshooting with internal teams or external service providers to maintain optimal website performance
4. Email Marketing & CRM Support (15%)
- Plan, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns for project launches, promotions, announcements, and lead nurturing initiatives
- Maintain and update email databases in compliance with data privacy and company policies
- Monitor email campaign performance metrics and prepare basic performance summaries to guide content and targeting improvements
5. Search Visibility & Property Portal Management (10%)
- Support initiatives to improve company and project visibility in Google Search through basic SEO practices and content optimization
- Manage and regularly update property listings across online real estate portals to ensure accuracy, completeness, and visual consistency
- Liaise with third-party digital marketing agencies and suppliers to coordinate deliverables, timelines, performance reports, and approvals
- Coordinate and monitor paid media campaigns with agencies to ensure alignment with approved objectives and targeting
- Stay informed on digital trends, platforms, and tools and recommend innovation-driven improvements to enhance digital performance
7. Performance Tracking & Analytics Reporting (Cross-Functional Responsibility) (5%)
- Track performance of owned and paid digital media including website, social media, email campaigns, and property portals
- Consolidate key metrics such as reach, engagement, inquiries, leads, and basic conversion indicators
- Prepare regular digital analytics reports for management review and decision-making
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and lead generation
8. Other Tasks - Events, Partnerships, and Administrative Support (5%)
- Provide digital marketing support for events, launches, and partnership initiatives as required
- Assist in basic administrative and coordination tasks related to digital marketing activities
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
