Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own the full online funnel, from strategy to execution, and drive online-to-offline sales in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

The role requires 2–3 years in digital marketing, expertise in SEO/SEM, email, social media, and analytics, plus leadership skills to guide a team and collaborate with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Digital marketing certification is a plus.
• 2–3 years of exclusive experience in digital marketing.
• Experience in designing and managing marketing campaigns, especially in e-commerce, retail, or financial services.
• Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• In-depth knowledge of digital media touchpoints and mar-tech platforms.

Responsabilités

• Develops and implements digital marketing strategies across SEO/SEM, email, social, and display ads.
• Manages and optimizes online lead generation campaigns for better ROI.
• Oversees the marketing funnel from online leads to offline sales.
• Sets and manages marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
• Drives digital projects to achieve customer acquisition goals.
• Monitors and reports on campaign performance and key metrics.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and external partners to execute campaigns.
• Ensures development and management of digital assets (websites, social, apps).
• Identifies market trends and optimizes strategies based on insights.
• Oversees content creation and community engagement for campaigns.
• Evaluates staff performance and aligns KPIs with expectations.
• Performs other tasks as required.
