Digital Marketing Intern
Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Intern will support the Digital Marketing Officer in executing day-to-day digital marketing activities for Yudu Learning App. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in performance marketing, social media management, content production, and analytics within a fast-growing edtech environment.
The intern will gain practical exposure to real campaigns, real metrics, and real business impact—beyond purely academic tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Ads Support
- Assist in setting up, monitoring, and updating paid ad campaigns across Meta and TikTok
- Help prepare ad copies, variations, and creative briefs for testing
- Track daily campaign performance and flag issues or anomalies
Social Media & Content Execution
- Help draft captions, hashtags, and basic ad or post copy
- Support community management by responding to comments and messages under guidance
- Assist in producing simple content such as short videos, reels, carousels, or basic graphics
Reporting & Data Assistance
- Help gather data for weekly and monthly reports
- Assist in updating tracking sheets and dashboards
- Support basic performance analysis (e.g., top-performing posts, ads, or formats)
Research & Trend Spotting
- Monitor social media and digital marketing trends, especially in education, parenting, and mobile apps
- Research competitor content, ads, and campaigns
- Compile insights and recommendations for testing
Marketing Operations & Coordination
- Assist in coordinating with designers, videographers, or content contributors
- Help ensure proper file naming, content scheduling, and asset organization
- Support ad-hoc marketing tasks as needed
Tools & Exposure
- Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads (guided)
- Google Sheets and basic dashboards
- App store analytics (Play Store / App Store – view access)
- Content scheduling and collaboration tools
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Marketing, Communications, Business, Multimedia, or related programs
- Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation
- Basic writing and communication skills
- Willingness to learn analytics, ads, and campaign optimization
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Preferred Attributes
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
- Basic video editing or graphic design skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.) is a plus
- Interest in education, tech, or mobile apps
- Proactive attitude and openness to feedback
