Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Graphic Designer to develop and deliver creative marketing assets across digital and print channels, ensuring high-quality, on-brand materials that support national, local, promotional, and retail marketing initiatives.

You will design digital assets for eCommerce, social, SEM/SEO, EDMs, landing pages, banners, and other campaigns, plus print collateral like POS, posters, brochures, and packaging.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working across cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
• Strong understanding of brand consistency, production standards, and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce creative marketing materials based on campaign briefs while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
• Design digital assets for eCommerce platforms, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing (EDMs), landing pages, web banners, and other digital campaigns.
• Create print collateral, including point-of-sale (POS) materials, posters, brochures, merchandising assets, price tickets, and sales support materials.
• Design internal communication materials and company collateral to support business operations.
• Maintain and evolve brand standards in collaboration with the Senior Graphic Designer, including store signage, vehicle graphics, and product packaging.
• Manage production workflows, digital assets, and creative files while supporting process improvements and workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, creative agencies, printers, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.
