Job summary
TE Connectivity Philippines is seeking a seasoned Digital Factory Supervisor/Manager to lead the plant's digital factory initiatives, boosting OEE, productivity, quality and traceability across operations. Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in digital factory leadership roles.
- Degree in Computer/EE/ME or Industrial Engineering.
- Knowledge of MES Hydra, PLC, SAP, IT and IIOT 4.0.
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the digital factory strategy and plant roadmap.
- Identify opportunities for digitalization, automation and process optimization.
- Establish digital transformation priorities based on ROI and business impact.
- Drive continuous improvement using manufacturing and digital technologies.
- Oversee MES Hydra implementation and integration with SAP and PLCs.
- Ensure data integrity and real‑time production visibility.
- Develop dashboards for OEE, availability, performance and quality.
