Qualifications

• Experience in project, program, or digital delivery management within banking or tech.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and SDLC practices.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, budgets, and risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of digital banking projects.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Ensure delivery on time, budget, and quality standards.
• Facilitate collaboration among business units, IT, vendors, and partners.
• Review designs with architects and delivery teams.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Establish governance, reporting, and decision-making structures.
• Manage budgets and track expenditures aligned to financial plans.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery practices and retrospectives.
• Coach teams for accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure solutions align with architecture, security, and compliance.
