Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related course.
• At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, retail, sales, or related roles.
• Experience with e-commerce analytics and SEO.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of website and digital performance metrics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel.
• Experience with Shopify, Grab, or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze website and e-commerce performance.
• Monitor traffic, sales, conversion, customer journey, cart abandonment, and checkout behavior.
• Conduct keyword research and support SEO initiatives.
• Monitor organic search performance and SEO trends.
• Use data to identify problems and opportunities.
• Create reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Conduct A/B testing for website and digital initiatives.
• Work with IT and other teams on website, data, and automation projects.
