Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Flexibility to support voice customer contacts when required.
• Solid contact centre experience with an English-speaking client base.
• Understanding of contact centre KPIs and technologies used in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure first contact resolution for customers via in-app Message Us channel.
• Resolve enquiries efficiently by identifying root cause and providing fixes.
• Escalate to specialists to deliver timely resolution when needed.
• Act as brand ambassador by delivering outstanding customer experience.
• Work to meet customer-centric, financial and risk metrics and targets.
• Develop banking knowledge through ongoing training and mentorship.
