Qualifications

• Educational qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; further education preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or related field.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Qualities: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
• Working conditions: Fast-paced environment with focus on customer satisfaction.
• At least 6 months experience in Digital Ads, Content Moderation, Digital Marketing, or Digital Sales
• Minimum of 2 years CSR/TSR experience
• Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig
