Responsabilidades

• Oversee the daily administrative and operational activities of the dialysis facility.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, DOH regulations, and other government requirements.
• Supervise employee attendance, leave, performance, and workplace discipline.
• Coordinate with department heads to maintain efficient clinic operations and high-quality patient care.
• Monitor operational performance, expenses, and recommend process improvements.
• Handle employee concerns, maintain personnel records, and oversee administrative documentation.
• Manage business permits, regulatory compliance, and government reporting requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and perform other duties assigned by management.
