Qualifications

• High School graduate required.
• Experience in housekeeping or healthcare facilities is an advantage.
• Physically capable of cleaning and waste handling.
• Dependable, able to work under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must reside in or near Fairlane, Tarlac City.
• Willing to work on assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the dialysis facility per infection control and safety protocols.
• Clean and disinfect treatment areas, dialysis chairs, waiting areas, offices, pantry, hallways, comfort rooms, and other facility areas.
• Disinfect dialysis chairs and change chair covers/linens after each patient treatment transition.
• Collect, segregate, transport, and properly dispose of general and hazardous waste in accordance with established waste management procedures.
• Assist in monitoring and documenting hazardous waste collection and disposal.
• Ensure cleaning materials, supplies, and equipment are complete, properly stored, and readily available.
• Report damaged equipment, maintenance concerns, and supplies requiring replenishment to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist during patient transitions by removing waste, maintaining cleanliness of the treatment area, and supporting crowd control when needed.
• Perform scheduled general cleaning and floor maintenance of the facility.
• Assist the Technical & Maintenance Staff with basic maintenance and repair activities when needed.
• Assist the Logistics Staff/Driver with loading and unloading deliveries when necessary.
• Maintain proper records and accomplish required logbooks and endorsements.
• Follow all company policies, infection control procedures, occupational safety requirements, and waste management protocols.
• Attend required training, safety activities, and quality improvement programs.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
