Job summary

Cyden Medicale Trading Inc. is seeking a diligent housekeeping and utility staff for our dialysis center in Pangasinan. The role covers cleaning dialysis stations, sanitation, waste handling, and coordination with nursing staff to support smooth operations.

The position requires a high school diploma, physical fitness for manual tasks, and willingness to work shifts including weekends and holidays. Vaccination and health screening will be required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or senior high school completion.
• Experience as utility/janitor in a hospital/clinic is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to do manual labor.
• Honest, punctual, hardworking, and can follow instructions.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays.
• Vaccinated and willing to undergo health screening.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily cleaning and disinfection of dialysis stations, chairs, machines (external), floors, walls, restrooms, and common areas before, during, and after dialysis operations.
• Ensures proper handling and disposal of infectious and non-infectious wastes following DOH and DENR guidelines (color-coded segregation).
• Replenishes hand soaps, alcohol, toilet paper, and other consumables.
• Assists nursing staff in transporting supplies, dialyzers, and other materials within the facility
• Responsible for laundry collection, washing, and proper handling of linens.
• Monitors water supply and reports leaks, clogging, or any facility damage immediately.
• Strictly observes infection control, waste management, and safety protocols.
• Ensures cleaning chemicals are used properly and stored safely.
• Reports any malfunction of equipment, lights, plumbing, or air-conditioning.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient information.
