Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Dialer Support professional to monitor production systems and ensure campaigns run on schedule. You will handle tickets in Jira, report incidents, and present campaign status in intraday meetings, while keeping Confluence up to date.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience in outbound/inbound dialer support, and willingness to work weekends with a guaranteed 2 days rest. Permanent dayshift and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Dialer Support (Outbound/Inbound).
• Amenable to weekend work (guaranteed 2 days rest).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain production systems to ensure campaign efficiency and team performance.
• Check call list generation and Affinity in the morning for errors and report issues.
• Ensure Genesys scheduler runs on time and perform manual runs if needed.
• Real-time queue, campaigns, and agent status monitoring via CCPulse.
• Manage and resolve tickets in Jira within SLA.
• Report incidents and forward issues to proper groups.
• Provide intraday campaign status in meetings and Weekly Business Review.
• Keep logbooks updated and ensure Confluence reflects changes.
• Manage CCPulse views and templates; conduct test calls when needed.
• Adjust campaign setups with updates or change requests.
