Job summary

Integrated OS in Alabang, Muntinlupa, is seeking a Development & Support Team Leader to lead IOS Operations and a high-velocity support function.

The role manages day-to-day operations, escalations and service governance while coordinating development, testing and delivery with cross-functional teams to meet client commitments. Onsite work setup supports collaboration and rapid responsiveness.

Qualifications

Essential: 5+ years in application support, software development, service delivery or technology operations.
Experience leading, mentoring or coordinating technical teams.
Experience running a help desk with queues, SLAs, escalations and reporting.
Strong understanding of incident, problem and change management processes.
Experience managing competing priorities across support, operations and projects.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with documenting operational procedures and service standards.

Responsibilities

Lead IOS Development & Support team and act as escalation point.
Own day-to-day operations of the Chandler IOS Help Desk and support services.
Coordinate development, delivery planning and prioritization with D&D and Product teams.
Provide regular reporting on performance, workload, risks and service quality.
Maintain documentation and knowledge articles; reduce key-person dependencies.
