Integrated OS is seeking a Development & Support Team Leader to manage ChandlerCX's IOS-based development and support functions onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa. You will lead the team, oversee escalation handling, and align delivery with product and delivery priorities to achieve client outcomes.

The role emphasizes stakeholder communication, incident control, and continuous improvement in a SaaS/ tech environment, with a focus on governance and performance reporting.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in application support, software development, service delivery or technology operations.
• Proven experience leading and coordinating technical teams.
• Hands-on experience running a help desk with queues, SLAs and reporting.
• Strong understanding of incident, problem and change management processes.
• Capable of managing competing priorities across support, operations and projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the IOS Development & Support team and act as escalation point.
• Coordinate day-to-day support operations, incident handling and service governance.
• Forecast workload, monitor performance and drive coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Own help desk operations, priorities, escalations and SLA adherence.
• Coordinate development, delivery and testing activities with cross-functional teams.
• Report on performance, risks and improvements; ensure documentation remains current.
