Job summary

RippedBoxStation is seeking a Junior Developer (RPA) to join our automation team in Manila. The role focuses on building and maintaining RPA bots using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, while learning to automate business processes under guidance.

40 hours per week with EST schedule. Ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience in RPA or software automation, eager to grow in a collaborative, Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in RPA development, software development, or automation.
• Basic knowledge of UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar RPA platforms.
• Basic understanding of programming concepts, SQL, APIs, and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Git, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RPA bots using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Assist in automating business processes and repetitive tasks.
• Configure RPA workflows, orchestrators, and bot schedules.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and exception handling for automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot bot failures and support production incidents.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and stakeholders to understand automation requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation, process design documents (PDDs), and solution design documents (SDDs).
• Participate in code reviews and implement feedback from senior developers.
• Follow RPA development standards, security policies, and best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and team meetings.
