Job summary

Xendit is seeking a Product Manager focused on Developer Experience to own the journey from first API call to production. You will collaborate with Engineering to shape API design, SDKs, docs, and sandbox experience, ensuring developers can ship quickly and reliably.

Reporting to the Product Design & UX Director for Customer Lifecycle, you will balance technical constraints with developer needs, use analytics to guide improvements, and drive activation, retention, and time-to-first-success.

Qualifications

• PM experience with API, platform, or developer-facing products.
• Strong technical fluency; able to read API docs, schemas, auth, and webhooks.
• Demonstrated empathy for developer workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the developer experience roadmap, including integration flow, SDKs, docs, sandbox, and error handling.
• Drive developer activation and retention from sign-up to first production transaction and beyond.
• Conduct discovery from analytics, support signals, and developer research.
• Partner with Engineering on API design and DX standards, prioritizing DX debt against new capabilities.
• Communicate trade-offs to senior stakeholders and translate platform changes into a coherent developer-facing experience.
