You will transform the platform into a proactive, self-service product, with golden paths, a developer portal, and rich documentation to reduce cognitive load and accelerate deployment. Remote, global scope with strong collaboration across functions.
Qualifications
- 12+ years in product management for large cloud services platforms.
- Experience building cloud-native commerce systems at scale.
- Executive communication and cross-functional leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own the Platform Roadmap for foundational services and APIs.
- Lead the shift to a self-service, developer-first platform.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, and Security leads.
- Drive developer productivity through APIs, SDKs, and sandboxes.
- Establish KPI dashboards to track adoption and reliability.
- Advocate for customer-focused product and engineering practices.
